This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 23/05/2016.

The Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of ONEE Water Supply Project

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: Rehabilitation of Instrumentation equipment at Raouz treatment station.

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank"s loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

• The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least one million two hundred fifty thousand Moroccan Dirhams excluding tax (1 250 000.00 MAD), which is the total of effected payments received for ongoing and/or completed contracts during the last three (03) years (2013-2014-2015).

• The minimum amount of cash and/or cash facilities (cash engagement only) net of other contractual commitments which the tenderer must have is Six hundred thousand Moroccan Dirhams (600 000.00 MAD).

• Experience as principal contractor in the context of at least two (2) contracts of similar work type and nature in the past ten (10) years that include: “Installation of instruments for the measurement and continuous monitoring of water quality (chlorine analyser, turbidity meter, pH meter) in treatment stations”
